2024-2025 Fall Semester Dormitory Applications

The information regarding the applications of our undergraduate and graduate students who wish to benefit from our dormitories in the 2024-2025 Academic Year is detailed below.

• You can access the application form from the dormitory application system (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu/). Students who do not apply for a place in the dormitory online will not be accepted to the dormitories.
• Dormitory applications will start at 16:00 on July 26, 2024 and end at 23:59 on August 25, 2024.
• Applications will only be received online, and dormitory placement results will be sent to you via email on September 6th, 2024, starting at 12:00. Please check your emails.
• When choosing your roommate(s), you should pay attention to ensuring that your friend(s) also choose you. Otherwise, the system will not accept unilateral preferences and will assign you to different rooms.
• Our students with dorm scholarships will be assigned to rooms of the scholarship type.
• You can update your preferences and cancel your application until the last moment during the online application period.
• Students who apply for dorms and are placed in dorms but leave the dorms without a valid excuse will be prevented from accessing the dorm application form for the upcoming terms.

Dormitory Fees (Per Person - VAT included)

The dormitory fees for the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year are listed below and the fall semester fees must be paid between September 06, 2024 and September 12, 2024.

The deposit is ₺18,000.

Students pay the deposit in the term they are accepted to the dormitory, and the deposit

is refunded in the term they leave the dormitory.

Undergraduate  and Graduate students with dormitory scholarships do not pay a deposit.

Our students' dormitory entry dates:

Newly enrolled international students: September 14, 2024,

ÖSYM newly enrolled Turkish students: September 17, 2024,

Previously enrolled undergraduate students: September 21, 2024.

Early entry to dormitories outside of these dates will definitely not be accepted.

Students who do not make their payments cannot check-in their dormitory rooms, even if they are assigned.
