The dormitory fees for students who will be staying in dormitories during the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year are listed below. Spring semester fees must be paid between January 12, 2026, and January 18, 2026.

Students pay the deposit in the term they are accepted to the dormitory, and the deposit
is refunded when they leave the dormitory.
