Documents Required for Dormitory Registration:

Required documents are listed below;

  1. Criminal records, (you will be given time to acquire it after your arrival)
  2. For international students, student residence permit (once you receive it in Turkey ) and a copy of passport.
  • Documents must be uploaded to the system in PDF, JPG, DOCX, DOC format.
  • Documents no 1 can be retrieved from E-Devlet system.
  • Documents no 1 and must be obtained within 1 month following the application date at the latest. Older documents will not be accepted.
  • Document no 2 is obligatory for international students. Turkish students can leave this field empty on the document upload page.
  • Documents cannot be received in the form of printouts.
