2024 - STUDENTS' ACCESS TO DORMITORY ROOF STORAGE
The terms of use of dormitory roof storage in 2024 will be as follows:

Payments will be made by bank cards and cash will not be accepted.
Storage Terms of Use:
Students can only leave their belongings in the storage room of the dormitory building in which they are registered.
Apart from the specified dates and times, dormitory roof storage will not be opened, goods will not be delivered or received, and access will not be provided.
It is mandatory to fill out the “Dormitory Storage Belongings Delivery Form" during the delivery of items. Without this form, items will not be received or left at the dormitory roof storage.
It is mandatory to show a Sabancı University ID when delivering and receiving items.
Belongings left without permission and without filling out the "Dormitory Storage Belongings Delivery Form" will be immediately treated as waste.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All items left at Dormitory Roof Storage must be received no later than November 16, 2024 (Saturday). All items not received by this date will be considered as waste.
The maximum number of items that will be accepted for each student is;
- 2 (two) pieces: Box / Suitcase / Bag (Carriage fee is 100 TL)
- 1 (one) piece: Mini Refrigerator – empty and clean (Carriage fee is 200 TL)
- 1 (one) piece: Single or Double Sofa – undamaged and in one piece (Carriage fee is 200 TL)
No other type of items or materials will be received or left.
