2023 - STUDENT ACCESS TO DORM ROOF STORAGE AREA

2023 rules for dorm roof storage area will be applied as written below;

Rules for Storage Area:

Students can only leave items in the storage area of the dorm that they are registered to.

Dorm roof storage area will only be accessible on the dates and times listed above.  There will be no exception to these dates and times to access the storage area.

While leaving items to the storage area the “Dorm Storage Form” must be filled out. Without this form no items will be accepted to the stoage area 

Sabancı University ID card must be shown while leaving and taking items.

Any items left without permission or without the “Dorm Storage Form” will be thrown away immediately.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All items that are left in the Dorm Roof Storage Areas must be taken at the latest on November 4, 2023 ( Saturday ). All items that are not taken will be thrown away. 

Each student can store at the most;

- 2 (two) pieces; Box / Suitcase / Handbag

- 1 (one) piece; Small refrigerator – it must be empty and clean

- 1 (one) piece; Single or two seat chair/sofa – undamaged and in one piece

No other items or equipment other than listed above will be accepted to the storage area.

You may get support for carrying items in return for a fee.

Box / Suitcase / Handbag carrying fee : 50 TL

Small refrigerator carrying fee : 100 TL

Single or two seat chair/sofa carrying fee : 100 TL
