2022-2023 Spring Term Dorm Applications and Payments (New Apps) -REV-

Information about dormitory applications of undergraduate and graduate students who want to stay in our dormitories in the 2022-2023 Spring semester is provided below.

First, you must fill in the application form, which can be reached through the student information system (https://bannerweb.sabanciuniv.edu).
Dormitory applications will start on 09/01/2023 and end at 23:59 on 05/02/2023.
Applications can be made online only, and application results can be learned at 16:00 on 14/02/2023 from thestudent information system (https://bannerweb.sabanciuniv.edu).
Dormitory fees must be paid between 14/02/2023 and 24/02/2023.
While selecting your roommate(s), you should pay attention to making sure that your roommate(s) select you as well. Otherwise, the system will not accept any unilateral preference and will allocate different rooms to you and your preferred roommate(s).
During the online application process, you can update your choices and cancel your application until the last minute.
Students who make a dormitory application, and are placed to our dormitories, but leave the dormitories without specifying any valid excuse will not be able to access the dormitory application form in the semesters to come.
Our dormitories will be used at full capacity.

For payments:

Dormitory fees must be paid through Akbank branches or Akbank Direct internet banking by selecting 'Sabancı University 7000754 code (F325 function)' and “DORMITORY FEE PAYMENT” as payment type.

In this system, when you enter your name, surname and student number (which must be 8 digits; you need to add zeros before your student number to make it 8 digits, for example 00012345) in Akbank branches or Akbank Direct internet, the amount that you have to pay is shown on the screen and the payment must be made in cash or from an account different than the Okul Ailem Account.

Dormitory payments for the semester must not be paid to the Okul Ailem Account, which is opened for tuition fee payments in installments.

4 person room	16.537,50 TL.
2 person room	22.050,00 TL.
Study room	11.025,00 TL.
Graduate Students
2 person room	22.050,00 TL.
1 person room	28.350,00 TL.
Studio room	29.295,00 TL.
Deposit	4.620,00 TL.

A one-off security deposit will be collected from undergraduate and graduate students.
