2026-2027 Fall Semester Dormitory Applications

 

Information regarding applications for students wishing to use our dormitories in the 2026-2027 Academic Year is detailed below.

  • You can access the application form from the dormitory application system (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu/). Students who do not apply online will not be accepted to the dormitories.
  • Students with PhD and MA status who wish to continue staying in the dormitories in the Fall semester must complete their dormitory applications.
  • Dormitory applications will start on July 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM and end on August 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
  • Applications will only be accepted online, and dormitory placement results can be learned from the dormitory application system (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu) from September 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM onwards.
  • When choosing your roommate(s), it is crucial to ensure that your roommate(s) also choose you. Otherwise, the system will not accept unilateral choices and will assign you to different rooms.
  • Students with dormitory scholarships will be assigned to rooms corresponding to their scholarship type.
  • You can update your preferences and cancel your application until the last minute during the online application period.
  • Dormitory fees and deposits must be paid between September 8, 2026 and September 15, 2026, before checking in the room. Check-in will not be possible without payment of the dormitory fees and deposits.
  • The criminal record certificate you upload during your dormitory application must include archived records. You can find detailed instructions on how to obtain this document on the Documents Required During Dormitory Registration | DORMITORIES page.

To make a payment: You can find detailed information about the bank you wish to pay with under the "Fee Payments Menu" section on the Dormitories website.

For students who will be staying in the dormitories during the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year, the dormitory fees are listed below, and the fall semester fees must be paid between September 8, 2026 and September 15, 2026.

The deposit amount is 34,000₺.

The students pay the deposit fee for the semester they are accepted to the dormitory, and the deposit fee is refunded when they leave the dormitory.

Students with a dormitory scholarship do not pay a deposit fee.

 

Our students' dormitory check-in dates:

Newly enrolled international students: September 12, 2026,

ÖSYM newly enrolled Turkish students: September 16, 2026,

Previously enrolled undergraduate students: September 19, 2026.

Early check-in to the dormitories outside these dates will definitely not be accepted.
