2025-2026 Summer Semester Dormitory Applications and Fee Payments

The application, settle-in, and payment process for our undergraduate and graduate students who want to stay in Sabanci University dormitories during the 2025–2026 Summer Term is detailed below:

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Information about students who will use the dormitory during the Summer Term for reasons such as compulsory internship, project,assistantship, Summer School (7 weeks) or theSchool of Languages (7 weeks) will be sent to the Accommodation Services Unit by the administrative assistants of the relevant faculties and theStudent Resources Unit.
  • However, in addition to these notifications, all students are required to apply online individually.
  • Applications will start at 10:00 on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 and will continue until 23:59 on Monday, June 14, 2026.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Even if your name has been sent by your faculty or the Student Resources, it is not possible to settle in the dormitory without applying online.

  PLACEMENT RESULTS

Placement results will be announced on the Student Information System (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu) as of Monday, June 22, 2026 at 10:00.

DORMITORY FEE PAYMENTS

  • Payments will be accepted between June 22 and 28, 2026.
  • Only students who make payments will be able to move into the dormitories as of Saturday, July 4, 2026.
  • In cases where payment is not made, placement will not take place even if a room assignment has been made.
  • You can find detailed information about the bank you wish to use for payment under the 'Fee Payments' menu section on the Dormitories website. 

SUMMER TERM DORMITORY FEES

For Summer School (7 weeks) and Foundations Development Year Summer School:

  • Double room: 33,000 TL per person, per term (VAT included) 

For students who will stay in the dormitory as part of a compulsory internship, project, or assistantship:

  • Double room: 16,500 TL per person, per month (VAT included)
    • Accommodation for 15 days or less: 50% of the monthly fee will be charged
    • Accommodation for more than 15 days: Full fee will be charged.
