Information about dormitory applications of undergraduate and graduate students who want to stay in our dormitories in the 2025-2026 Spring semester is provided below.

  - First, you must fill in the application form, which can be reached through the student information    system (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu/login).

  - Dormitory applications will start on 05/01/2026 and end at 23.59 on 04/02/2026.

  - Applications can be made online only, and placement results can be learned at 16:00 on 09.02.2026 from the student information system (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu/login).

  - Dormitory fees must be paid between 09/02/2026 and 13/02/2026.

  - While selecting your roommate(s), you should pay attention to making sure that your roommate(s) select you as well. Otherwise, the system will not accept any unilateral preference and will allocate different rooms to you and your preferred roommate(s).

  - During the online application process, you can update your choices and cancel your application until the last minute.
