2025-2026 Fall Semester Dormitory Applications

Detailed information regarding the application process for students wishing to use our dormitories during the 2025-2026 Academic Year is provided below.

 

  •  - You can access the application form through the dormitory application system (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu/). Students who do not apply online will not be admitted to the dormitories.
  • - Dormitory applications will begin at 10:00 AM on August 6, 2025, and end at 11:59 PM on September 5, 2025.
  • - Applications will only be accepted online, and dorm placement results will be available through the dormitory application system (https://dormapp.sabanciuniv.edu) starting at 10:00 AM on September 15, 2025.
  • - When choosing your roommate(s), it's crucial to ensure that your friend(s) also choose you. Otherwise, the system will not accept unilateral preferences and will assign you to different rooms.
  • - Students with dormitory scholarships will be assigned to rooms based on their scholarship type.
  • - You can update your preferences and cancel your application until the last minute during the online application period.
  • - Students who apply for and are placed in dormitories but leave without a valid excuse will be denied access to the dormitory application form for future semesters.

 

Dormitory Fees (Per person - VAT included)

The dormitory fees for students who will be staying in dormitories during the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year are listed below. Fall semester fees must be paid betweenSeptember 15, 2025, and September 22, 2025.

The deposit is ₺25,000.

Students pay the deposit in the term they are accepted to the dormitory, and the deposit

is refunded when they leave the dormitory.

Students with dormitory scholarships do not pay a deposit.

 

 

Our students' dormitory entry dates:

Newly enrolled international students:    September 20, 2025,

ÖSYM newly enrolled Turkish students:  September 23, 2025,

Previously enrolled students:                  September 27, 2025.

Early entry to dormitories outside of these dates will definitely not be accepted.
