Documents Needed For Dormitory Registration

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR DORMITORY REGISTRATION

In accordance with the Regulation on Private Higher Education Accommodation Services issued by the Ministry of Youth and Sports published in the Official Gazette on 02/07/2020, students receiving accommodation services are required to submit the following documents before being admitted to dormitories.

  • A medical report issued by a medical doctor stating that the student’s health is fit and proper to stay in a dormitory,
  • Criminal record document,
  • A copy of passport (for students with foreign nationality)

Documents have to be upload until 30th of September.

Documents uploaded to the system will be checked by our dormitory officers.
