2021-2022 Fall Term Dormitory Applications For Previous Registrations

Information regarding the applications of undergraduate and graduate students who would like to use  our dormitories in the 2021-2022 Academic Year is detailed below.

• First of all, fill in the application form which is available on the student information system (bannerweb.sabanciuniv.edu).
• Dormitory applications will start on 01.08.2021 and end on 20.08.2021 at 23:59.
• Applications will only be accepted online, and the placement results will be available on the student information system (bannerweb.sabanciuniv.edu) on 06.09.2021, starting at 16:00.
• As part of the placement criteria, students who reside in the same region and apply annually will be given priority over students who apply for a semester.
• When making a preference for your roommate/friends, please be aware that it is essential to get your friend/friends to choose you as their roommate, as well. Otherwise, the system will not accept preferences made only by one party and will assign you and your preferred roommate/friends to different rooms.
• During the online application process, you can update your preferences and cancel your application up until the last moment.
• Students who apply for and are placed in the dormitory but leave the dormitory without providing a valid excuse will be denied access to the dormitory application form for the upcoming semesters.
• Our dormitories will be used at full capacity.

Dormitory fee and payment information:

The dormitory fees in the Fall Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year are listed below as a reminder, and these amounts must be paid between 06.09.2021 and 12.09.2021.

A deposit of 2.200 TL is required to be paid by  undergraduate and graduate students once upon arrival.
