2017-2018 Summer Semester Dorm Payment and Accommodation
Dormitory placement results for the summer semester have been announced on 11.06.2018, and results can be displayed on related link inStudent Information System home page (bannerweb.sabanciuniv.edu) to find out your building and room numbers which is assigned to you.
Housing fees for the summer semester will be paid between 11.06.2018 and 13.06.2018 to the Payments may be made in Akbank branches or the Akbank Direkt İnternet online banking application by selecting or specifying 'Sabancı University code 7000754 (function F325)' and specifying “YURT ÖDEMESİ or HOUSING PAYMENT” as payment type. The system displays your current outstanding payments when provided your given name, family name and student number (please add zeroes to the beginning of the number to complete it to 8 digits, e.g. 00012345), and these amounts may be paid in cash to the bank teller or from an account other than the "Okul Ailem Hesabı" used for tuition fee payments. Please note that housing fees must not be deposited in the Okul Ailem Hesabı intended for tuition fees.
Having paid their fees;
Students may apply to the dormitory managers with their payment slips starting on 17.06.2018 to enter their rooms.
Since rooms will be in preparation for the summer semester, students will not be allowed to enter rooms prior to above dates.
Students who attend the Summer School and need to stay in housing facilities due to project or internship obligations are required to pay Summer School housing fees.

2017-2018 SUMMER SEMESTER HOUSING FEES
For students attending the Summer Semester Courses (9 weeks) and the Foundational Development Year Summer School (9 weeks):
- 2 person room 1.750 TL/per person/per semester/VAT Included
Undergraduate - Graduate students which stay at dormitory for that compulsory internship, assistantship, project:(In case of housing for 15 days or less in a month, the housing fee will be reduced by half. In case of housing for more than 15 days, the full rate will apply)
- 2 person room 800 TL/per person/per month/VAT Included
- 1 person room 900 TL/per person/per month/VAT Included (only graduate)
